A no-objection certificate (NOC) is an employer’s written statement that it does not object to a specific action by an employee — a visa application, opening a bank account, a driving licence, and similar administrative purposes. The requesting party usually wants it addressed to them by name, on letterhead, signed. This tool produces exactly that.

What the NOC states

The letter is addressed to the party you name — a bank, an embassy, the RTA — and confirms the employee’s name, position and employment start date, optionally the monthly salary, followed by the no-objection sentence with the purpose you state.

A fixed validity line limits the letter to the stated purpose and to thirty days from issue, which is the shape most receiving parties expect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who issues an NOC — the employer or the government?

This kind of NOC is issued by the employer, on company letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory. Some processes involve separate government-issued clearances; check what the requesting party asked for.

What language is the letter issued in?

The generated document is issued in English — the format banks, embassies and UAE authorities expect. The interface is available in English and Arabic.

Is the information I enter stored?

No. Generating sends your entries to our document service, which returns the finished file and stores none of it. The full field-level data flow is published in the Privacy Notice.
