Warning Letter
A first, second or final written warning on your letterhead, with the incident dated and described, as PDF or DOCX.
A written warning documents a workplace incident and puts the employee on notice, on paper, with a date. This tool produces a first, second or final written warning on your letterhead: you date and describe the incident, and the letter carries a fixed consequence line appropriate to the warning number.
What the warning states
The letter is addressed to the employee, names the warning number (first, second or final), states the incident date, and reproduces your description of the incident word for word.
A fixed consequence line follows — further disciplinary action for a first or second warning, possible termination for a final warning, each by reference to the employment contract and the UAE Labour Law — and the letter records that a copy is kept in the personnel file.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why put a warning in writing?
A dated written record establishes what happened and when the employee was notified. Disciplinary steps in the UAE are expected to be documented; a signed letter on letterhead is the standard form of that record.
What language is the letter issued in?
The generated document is issued in English — the format banks, embassies and UAE authorities expect. The interface is available in English and Arabic.
Is the information I enter stored?
No. Generating sends your entries to our document service, which returns the finished file and stores none of it. The full field-level data flow is published in the Privacy Notice.
